Mind the G.A.P.P. connects its participants with safe, affordable housing units for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Our range of housing partners provide a variety of affordable housing with Mind the G.A.P.P., providing customized support services that help participants stabilize their lives, build new skills, connect to the community, and secure a future of safe, stable housing. 

Participants are referred to one of our core programs based on their needs, with a wide range of services including financial literacy, life skills education, and assistance in navigating school, health, childcare, and many other community resources.
